SHIPPING & POSTAGE How Long Will It Take? ROCK CLOTHING aims to process and despatch your order within 2 working days of you placing it on www.rockkit.co.uk. If your order is delayed due to items temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you and let you know and an arrangement can be made. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering other items at the same time, as we cannot always ship part orders.     Shipping Your order will be sent via Royal Mail and their international partners. The following times should be allowed for delivery: UK 2-3 days European Union 4-7 days Rest of the World 7-14 days Note: Leading up to Christmas, you will need to allow up to an additional 5 days for shipping. To estimate how long your order will take to reach you, please add the processing and shipping times together. Once an order has been despatched, time taken for your purchase/s to reach you will also be dependent on Royal Mail and its international partners. * When shipping to destinations outside the European Union, we make every effort to complete all necessary customs forms to enable your order to reach you without any further charge. Once your order is placed, we will contact you regarding stock availability, shipping charges and the total cost of your order.       RETURNS Should you wish to return any of Rockkit Designs Limited's products, the rules below are a rough guide to our returns policy. We try to be flexible to the needs of each individual customer. if in doubt please contact us on ryan@rockkit.co.uk • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the initial delivery, determined by the posting date stamp on the returned package. • Clothing must be returned in its original packing and have only been tried on. If it is soiled or damaged in an unsatisfactory manner, Rockkit Designs Limited reserves the right to waiver a refund for that particular product. • If a product is faulty then we will refund the cost of the product and the original postage. If the purchaser requires the return postage to be refunded, this must be specified in the returns form provided, and will be refunded either in the form of a bank refund or a discount coupon. Please ensure you include the duplicate copy of the invoice sent in the original package. • To exchange items for a product of a different value: If the new value is greater, then we will require your card details and will deduct the difference. If it is less, then the amount will either be refunded in the form of a bank refund for the difference or a discount coupon. • If the product is not faulty and a refund is requested, then Rockkit Designs Limited reserves the right to offer this in discount coupons rather than a bank refund if deemed appropriate. • Rockkit Designs Limited can take no responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
